The staff welcomed us warmly. the breakfast had great options. The rooftop area and bar was wonderful for watching planes land and take off. our room had tea, coffee, bottled water, and chocolate.
the usb ports in my room did not work! so my phone wasn't charged overnight.

the hotel offered an airport shuttle, it proved punctual and convenient for my early morning flight.
I encountered a significant problem with the room's temperature control. The radiator blasted heat making the room uncomfortably warm, but after turning it off, a severe draft made the room very cold. this made it difficult to sleep well. there was no middle ground.

the hotel is very convenient to the airport with a good shuttle service. the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. i found the front desk personnel efficient and helpful and the pre-check-in saved time (a small detail .
i found the old fashioned heating system made the room unbearably hot.

the shuttle to the airport was timely and helpful, which i expected.
i paid for breakfast, but when i arrived at 10:07, i was refused. they said breakfast was over, even though coffee and cereal were still available. then, i had to pay €20 for parking, which i found awful!!! external charges on top of paying for the stay and having lunch in the hotel the previous evening just seem ridiculous.

I found the bathroom and tub nice. a rooftop restaurant offered heat lamps and good food. the location near the airport suited my early flight. An airport shuttle was included. the environment was quiet.
the shower temperature changed consistently from hot to cold. i couldn't adjust the heater and had to call for assistance to turn it off. cigarette smoke from the entrance below also entered the room.
